Weymouth TEC weekend 31may/1 june/08

Well yet another amazing weekend of sea diving from the TEC diving side of the saa, first dive on sat was the salsette, 48 met dive, what a wreck, very intresting with over 600 port holes on her and such a massive size she is.2nd dive was a nice reef dive 20met, lots of life and big crabs as you can see from the pixs.Day 2, first dive was the M2 sub, max dephe was 36met, very intresting dive, lots of life around here and in very good condition.last dive ofthe weekend was a scollop dive, well should have been but i didnt find much only a 40mm brass shell from 1957.well it was a fab weekend, sun was out all the time, and 4 amazing dives.

Liverpool dock dive was a interesting dive, max depthe was 6met but still a good dive.not a lot

of life except for some eales and jelly fish.have got to say it is good trainning area for new divers, and if you want to get use to low viz you just need to book ruth for the day and get her to lead the dive, ref to the pix with the diver kicking up the silt,black out time.

Dive trip angelsey/vivian 26/04/08

Dive weekend at Angelsey and Vivian,saturday was a boat dive,first dive was a reef dive,well i think it was.All 8 of us dropped into the water,as we started to go down viz was ok,but after 7 mtr it started to get very dark,at 20 mtr it was black till you put your torch on.Dive was about 30 min but every one thought it was a dive to remember and it was worth doing it.Dive 2 the Dakota,viz was about the same but with a torch it made it a very good dive.Lots of pottery but was all broken up.Its a very intresting dive and next time we hope to have some good viz.Sunday was a trip to vivian,to good dives to finish of a good dive weekend.

hodge close coniston 13/04/08

Dive trip to hodge close,objective to go into the tunnels and upto chamber 3.Viz was good and weather was really nice.Grant and seanie made there way through the tunnels upto the third chamber as barry and howard dived in the main quarry for 30min till grant and seanie surfaced.Next dive was grant and howard went into the tunnels but just upto chamber 2,then went to have a look at the 4mtr tunnel that is now very tight to get into due to rock fall. At the end of the day all was good and every one enjoyed the diving.roll on next time.
