Normandy Dive Trip.
First dive was on the mulberry harbour units, very interesting dive with lots of fish life, and some of the old wrecks that was sank before the units was put in place.viz was about 10 met so made it a very easy dive.
Dive two was on a tank landing craft that hit a mine on its way back after dropping its load off on Omaha beach.again viz was about 10 met with a rich amount of life on it. interesting to get inside as the crafts are so big.
Dive Three was the Empire Roseberry ship wreck, Tanker that sank on its way to Juno
Dive 4 was on a supply ship, again sank due to hitting a mine, fab dive with lots of fish life.
By the end of the weekends diving we saw some interesting wrecks, and dived with new french divers. Have got to say stopping in Arromanches was a better way to dive Normandy, as you get a real good feel what it may have been like.
